All monthly plans include the required monthly hosting fees. If you choose to discontinue your monthly plan, you'll still need to pay $10/month in order to keep your podcasts on-air.

CAN YOU HELP SET UP MY PODCAST?
If you mean equipment and software, yes! We can help you find the equipment you need and learn how to use it. Pay for your first episode and we’ll help you with this at no additional cost!
WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU PUBLISH TO?
Okay, here we go: Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Castro, Breaker, TuneIn, RadioPublic, Player.fm, Pandora, Himalaya, The Podcast App, Castbox, The Podcast Addict, & Mixcloud.
Honestly, if you’ve got a place you want it to go and its not on this list, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY PLAN?
There are no contracts (unless you get one for a discount...see next question) for any of our plans. Each one is month-to-month and you can change at any time without any fees. Each transaction is non- refundable, however, so if you decide to change from Weekly to 2x Month in the middle of the month, we cannot refund your original purchase.
CAN YOU SEND ME RECORDING EQUIPMENT?
Yes! The easiest way is for us to send you links to equipment on Amazon, which you can then purchase yourself and have shipped directly to you.
CAN YOU TAKE OVER MY CURRENT PODCAST?
No problem! Just don't cancel your current hosting platform until we've been able to import everything. We'll even do this part for free!
WHAT’S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We require a minimum of five workdays (M-F minus holidays) once you submit the files before we guarantee publishing, though we can often work much faster than that.
HOW DO I SEND YOU MY FILES & EDITS?
We will send you a simple form where you can upload files and let us know of the edits you would like. We will take care of the rest!

HOW DO I PAY YOU?
You will receive an invoice via email from our parent company, “Pineapple Pie LLC.” You can pay online using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
There are two ways to get discounts. First, we offer a 10% discount if you will record a short commercial for Ready Set Podcast, which we will place in your episode. We will send you a script, which you’ll read and send back to us. The second way to get a discount is to sign up for multiple months at a time. If you sign up and pay for 3 months of service ahead of time (non-refundable), we will give you another 10% off. Or you can do both of these things for 15% off!
WHAT IS THE AUDIO FILE LIMIT?
For each episode, you must keep the raw, unedited content under this limit. We won’t accept files that are over the Audio File Limit for your plan.
WHAT ARE AUDIO LEVELING AND VOICE ENHANCEMENT?
We use professional audio software to make your audio sound the best it possibly can. We do our best to edit out background noise, get everyone’s voice to about the same level, and bring down any crazy-loud sounds that might happen during your podcast.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH “COVER ARTWORK”?
Our graphic designer will provide you with 3 different files: cover art, a Facebook profile picture, and a Facebook banner. If you need other graphic design work done, let us know and we’ll put you in touch with him for a free consultation.
